A visual workspace that gives your AI agent a GUI — a persistent space to create, arrange, and update artifacts like dashboards, charts, and live web pages.

Television is a GUI for personal AI agents. Instead of only replying in text, your agent (Claude Code, Codex, or another harness) can place and update visual artifacts — documents, data views, charts, live web pages, even small interactive apps — on a persistent canvas called a Television.

Why it makes the list

Most agent output disappears into a chat transcript. Television gives it a place to live: artifacts stay pinned and get updated in place as the agent keeps working, organized into channels so related work doesn't get lost.

How it works

  • A lightweight local server connects your agent to the Television client.
  • A skills bundle teaches the agent how to create and modify artifacts.
  • The client ships as a native macOS app (Apple Silicon, macOS 12+) or an experimental browser-based client for other platforms.
