- Only acts when you are idle. It resets the macOS idle timer once you have actually stopped touching the Mac, never while you type.
- Never moves your cursor. Each nudge is a zero-distance mouse event plus an unused function key (F20 by default, configurable).
- One nudge covers every chat app: Teams, Slack, Zoom and Discord stay green together.
- Pauses itself after work by default (9 to 5 on weekdays, adjustable), with an optional lunch pause.
